PlaceholderThis policy is a starting template. The organization should review it with counsel before relying on it.
How payments work
All online payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an emailed receipt for every successful payment, and your payment history is available in the parent portal.
Registration and tryout fees
Registration fees, where charged, cover administration and are non-refundable once tryouts or the season have begun, unless the program cancels the session. If you register in error, contact us within 7 days.
Tuition
Tuition is billed on the schedule shown in your tuition plan. If a dancer withdraws, tell us in writing; tuition for periods already started is generally not refunded, and future scheduled payments will be cancelled. Hardship situations are reviewed case by case — please reach out.
Competition, costume and travel fees
These fees often pay third parties (event organizers, costume makers, carriers) in advance. Once committed, they are refundable only to the extent we can recover them.
Failed or late payments
If a payment fails we will notify you and retry or ask you to update your payment method. Balances that remain unpaid may affect participation in competitions or travel until resolved. We will always contact you first.
Merchandise
Unworn items with tags may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless defective. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Donations
Donations support the program and are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues can be fixed quickly.
