Using this site
By using this website, the parent portal or the mobile app you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.
Accounts
Keep your login private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your household and dancers.
Program participation
Registration, team placement and participation are subject to the program’s handbook, code of conduct and any waivers signed at registration. Team placement is at the coaching staff’s discretion.
Payments
Prices, fees and tuition are shown at the time of purchase or invoicing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund & Payment Policy.
Content
Photos, videos, logos and text on this site belong to Strut N Strive Dance Kingdom or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking. Do not upload or post anything unlawful, harassing or that identifies another family’s child without permission.
Availability
We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it “as is”. Schedules can change; the parent portal and announcements are the source of truth for families.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Strut N Strive Dance Kingdom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
